Im using Zombaio to handle my credit card processing and they want a business license or tax registration license. I called around and someone basically told me I needed a service vendors license and will have to pay Ohio sales tax. Any truth to this? I dont want to give Ohio a dime!

Cincinnati. I ran a t shirt line before and had to deal with the Ohio department of taxation. Im not trying to open up that can of worms again anytime soon! Zombaio contacted me, a business license is only required if it not a sole proprietorship.
