Any help for a newbie?

Hi guys,

I've started three porn sites in a month (forum and 2 blogs) and am getting decent traffic (~1000 a day for the forum, 300-500 for the first blog and measly ~50 for the second blog). I have affiliate programs set up for all sites but I really have trouble converting: I haven't made a single sale (0:150 convert ratio at best affiliate). I know that it's been only a month but I'd like to know when you started getting results from affiliates and with what convert ratio? I think I might be giving too much free content so the visitors don't really need to buy from any of my ads... I'm planning on opening 1-3 niche sites anytime soon. I have my sites at their own domain names and got a great domain name for my forum (it's in my own language). So, where should I go from here? Link trading? Advertising? I don't want to invest much money to it yet...

Start doing some 3-way link trading with other sites that get similar traffic and have the same PR. This should not only help your rankings some more but may also increase your traffic.

Also, you may want to consider trying some different ads on your site to see if conversions change...although 0:150 is not unusual

blog 2: thefetishparadise dot com

There are links from forum to both sites and any day now I'll add links from blogs to each other (blog 2 is not "officially" open). What do you think? I have 2 more blogs coming up.

I'm not going to do that, I want to keep the forum ads at minimum... This way I'll get more visitors and active writers. Maybe when the forum has crazy traffic I'll do this.

Well,
I have this brand new site on the air.
I have more them 15k galleries BUT I only release 20 (sometimes more) per niche per day what gives me pleanty of updates.
Soon I will release other subdomains for gay, tranny and hentai niches.

Dont know if its a good way, but thats my way for now.

So I was asking when you started getting results. I'm not expecting sales anytime soon but i have conversion rates going something like this: 0:200, 0:270, 0:400. And I also asked for feedback on the sites from the Porn Experts!

At first I updated daily but now maybe 3 times a week. I think I shouldn't give too much to my visitors so they'll keep craving for more and buy membership from my ads

I had my first sale on the very first month in a particular site, in a second after 2 months. I had an avarage of 1000users/day in the first and 500 on the second.

Its okay to me.
