WoodmanX support - does it exist?

I've been sending emails to support at WoodmanX every day for 2 weeks.

Their email verification fails so account changes can't be verified - a known problem with NATS 4.

Any suggestions for getting their attention? Anyone successfully contacted them? Can anyone fix the problem for them?
