    Designers... Help?

Hey, I'm working on some designs, and I'm having issues trying to figure out how to slice these PSD's correctly, and get them in to a CSS. I'm using Adobe CS5 and I tried illustrator and fireworks after creating the design in PS. In illustrator, I couldn't get it to do what I wanted it to at all. In Fireworks, I was able to create something workable. Anyone that can offer any help or resources to get this slicing stuff down?

    Thanks,
    Mark

I use the Gimp to slice and dice designs up, but that is due to having no fancy software (since i don't see the need for it) and photoshop should be able to slice and dice within it's package (I can't see them not building the capability in)
