traffic forwarding script advice needed

I have sitepages that will be moved to other webpages on other websites but I want to keep the traffic.
I've been searching for the best option to do this.
What I could find is the '301 redirection'.
It appears that this is a SE friendly script so it won't affect the number of visitors.
I only work with basic html pages, no css,php,etc etc.
What do you think?
Is this 301-solution the best method?

any redirection can work for any file you just need to know how to write the script to do it
