question about conversions

I am using an affiliate and run 9 blogs. I have had 17000 clicks in the last 15 days. Is this average with no conversions. Am I doing something wrong?

Closepics.org is one of them. When you click the images it will either go to a galley or join page. Most of them are setup differently.

I could be wrong, but my suggestion would be to either show more pics and link to the join page or to just link to the fhg for each particular model

OK, lets start with the basic answer - a conversion ratio of 0:17000 is not good

I took a look at Closepics.org and I would say there are some issues here. Firstly, you only promote one sponsor on the entire blog and pretty much every link in every post goes to the same page on the sponsor's free tour - not much variety / interest there for a surfer. Basically you are trying to hit them over the head with a mallet when you should really be trying to lure and entice them in subtely.
In other words, don't expect them to go directly from seeing a few pictures on your blog directly to the sponsors join page and enter their credit card details - they're never going to sign up. Instead, link your posts to individual FHGs so you can show to them lots of sexy content from your sponsor which gets them so aroused that eventually they just have to head to the main site to see the good stuff and finally get themselves off. This also means you will be providing your blog visitors with some content - which you don't really at the moment so I would imagine your number of return visitors is pretty dismal.
Also, I would look at WHERE your traffic is coming from. If your blog runs on Wordpress, install something like the Wassup plug-in so you can track where your visitors are coming from. If you are at 0:17000 with search engine traffic then you know your site has a major problem with what it is presenting. If you're at 0:17000 with bought traffic then that's no shock and your traffic is coming from the wrong source.
So, in summary . .
1. Find out where your traffic is coming from (which tells you whether it is good or bad quality).
2. Change your blog so it provides something of interest to the surfer (so they return but also so they don't take one look and move on somewhere else). My guess is right now they will click on two posts, realise they end up at the same place and then give up and head elsewhere.
