sucks that no one would help you. since im a newb myself i will though.
go to the botton that says "IMG" and post the link of the picture in that or you can do it the html way. <.img src="www.blah.com/picture">
take the period out that is seperating the < and the "i" -
[img*]url[/img]
Remove the *Comment
