It's Hostgator for me, and it comes with WordPress, one sets it up through Fantastico in CPanel, or should I say Fantastico sets it up for you

Im just going to say, when you say the word CHEAP, it usually means old beat up servers, crappy low grade bandwidth, and piss poor support. I have owned Fords and I have owned Mercedes, and there is a difference! Not only in performance, but in the way your treated.

With that , I would suggest always looking for quality at a fair price. Cheap usually = crap!
