looking for a streaming radiostation script

A friend of mine wants to experiment with an online radiostation kind of thingie. I warned him about bandwith and stuff but he really wants to do it. He even made a deal already about copyrights and stuff like that.

So, i was wandering if anyone of you know what script he could use for this. Since its an experiment, prefferably cheap of even free, but if a paymend needs to be done, i guess it needs to be done.
