Xrumer does not deliver "spam" within the definition of UCE in the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or any other anti-spam law of any country in the world. Xrumer does not email anyway.

Spam is defined as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). Xrumer does not send UCE. Xrumer is simply an autoposter which saves you lots of time and creates gazillions of links for you on the web. Some people may not like what Xrumer does but that's kind of tough shit as far as I'm concerned. Xrumer does nothing which fits the legal definition of "spam", its use is not prohibited by any law and the program works very, very well if you know what you are doing.
Knowing what you are doing includes a lot of things, some of which I will not discuss in posts as that knowledge is gained through hard work and experience and didn't come cheap.

Regardless of how you define 'spam', Xrummer is a bulk posting tool and as such most adult affiliate programs will not honor this type of traffic. Beyond bulk postings some affiliate programs may also define the use of such tools as an abusive practice because of Xrumer's advanced ability to evade admin tool blocks.
In short, if you want to get paid for adult traffic, don't use it.

Parts is parts, links is links, trafic is traffic. A millioin links will get you traffic regardless of how you get those links. Xrumer use is legal, effective and profitable.
Let's face it, we are marketing a product so that people can jerk off in front of their monitors and you're worried about the moral implications of getting traffic through the use of auto-posters?

Very, very few forums disallow free email registrations, like one or two out of a hundred. Meeze knowz. Meeze hired a bunch of Indians (Real Indians, not Native Americans!) to do signups for me using free email addys and we got like virtually none refused. Xrumer is cheaper. Xrumer also beats most forms of CAPTCHA and gets you registered with the forums at least and also confrims the emails.
I haven't started on the use Scrapebox, SENuke and other such programs.
This is the deal:
If it's legal, I'm going to do it.
If it's legal status is in question or in a gray area , I'm going to do it.
If it's illegal but the profit potential is high enough and the risk low enough, I'm going to think about it.

Due to the price he ask the work really must be done manually and with guaranteed result, but not using the submitter program.
At the beginning of our communication seoguyzzz agreed with everything, we had a concrete deal.
I ordered his services as he promised to provide a report not just a list of sites where he posted my links, but list of pages where my links are placed. This is why I paid him 210 USD, but the result which I got from the seoguyzzz the other companies offer for 18 USD. And this result is not what we deal. I think that the seoguyzzz is cheater, he promise one thing, the make something completely different and then say the he misunderstood the task. It seems like he just resells the services of other company, but promises everything what buyer would like to hear. So work is not done as we deal and for my request to give my money back I was refused.

XRumer & Hrefer are both very legitimate SEO software suites.
Hrefer can be used to scrape for HIGH quality semantically relevant blogs, GBs and Fourms that back-links and messages may be placed. (remember your keywords! Anchor text is VERY important!)
In our Web Development firm We use it to find high quality niche-relevant sites when doing manual link building for ourselves and clients.
XRumer is the software that automates or semi automates account creation and posting if you choose. It's just another well programmed SEO Tool it can be useful in Finding Targeted sites which backlinks can be placed. Doing so can give you a GREAT boost in your SERPs.
Usually manually contributing to a forum / blog is best and you can justifiably receive quality back-links or can dial it up and go for huge backlink Blasts.
it can be used as WhiteHat as you want it or you can put on your Black Fedora go fully auto and blast to every forum in existence if you so choose. Both approaches have their merits and both work well... it really depends on your type of site, domain age, number of previous backlinks etc..
if Organic Search traffic is part of your overall marketing plan then it is very useful software to have in your arsenal.
However, the Learning curve is quite steep, so most people opt to go for XRumer Services. Most being non targeted blanket blasting services.
It does not send email and therefore is NOT a SPAM tool. However, it is a tool that can be abused and is by some people (usually by non SEO professionals)
The software is a great tool if used properly, and time is taken to learn it and general SEO methods.
