Contacted Eric regarding approval of my membership here on GFY and his response was timely and just what I was hoping for! He activated my account and I am more than happy to now be a memeber of the GFY community!

I recently made the decision to become an adult webmaster (Mistress maybe?), my boyfriend says I'm being a dumb blonde but my girlfriend tells me to go for it! Anyway, a couple of questions.

I'm not clear on just what a fansign is and don't want to get into trouble, so could someone please help me out with this one?

In future I'll try not to ask the typical noob questions but I'm sure that at some point I'll ask some silly thing and get told to go look it up but that's OK, everyone needs a kick or two now and then!

I have a strong background in online auctions, some CAN-SPAM comliant emailing, double-opt-in list generation, not much on coding, experienced in online forum admin and mod stuff, good history in blogging, some CPA and PPC, dislike G**gle intensely and believe that if you wait to get found by search engines , you will only get broke, old and then dead!

Strange time to want to get into adult. Your boyfriend is right. Affiliate programs are going tits-up all the time these days. I'd look into a local service-based business if you're looking to make a living these days. Adult isn't easy to get into these days, especially with no technical skills.

Welcome and good luck! While adult isn't the easiest to get into these days...I just started about a month ago and already have a couple of sales under my belt, so it's not impossible! Just work hard and spend time reading all the adult forums you come across, take people's advice, and you'll be doing great in no time.

No, I joined up two years back and then decided that adult was wrong for me so I never bothered with getting my account activated. A few weeks back I decied that I was wrong and then contacted Eric to help me get real. Should have explained that!

Hey thanks aplenty for your reply and nice to know that others agree with me on the Search Engine thing! I'm trying to do it right and will freely (Within limits, of course; I AM a girl and girlz always have something to sell!) help others with a few of my methods, or at least meke them available for perusal and discuuion!

Give people a reason to hit your site, market it properly; mostly using FREE methods and you will make bank! This I know, as I have done it before in other areas but I really believe that Adult is my niche.

Hoping I kinda got a handle on it, if you see what I mean!

Don't want to get into trouble with a bunch of "Thank You!" posts, so I'll just thank everyone in this post and am looking forward to being an active participant in discusssions and planning methods to make bank!

Any time that I can help anyone (I do have some experience in a few things!) I'll jump on the chance unles it my own propietary info or methods and even then I might do it anyway, as we are sort of a family and I am really, realy happy to have been accepted on GFY!
