    Creating small sized .gifs

Just finished creating my first .gifs in Photoshop but they are all over 50KB - would like them to be no more than 10KB - any suggestions? The size of the images are no more than 600 x 100.

Just learned about optimizing. Already had saved these files as Selective/Forced Web colors @ 256 though. So, I just opened the .gif in Fireworks and exported it, which brought the file down to 28KB but it's still not enough!! Would ideally like these to be less than 10KB.. Any help/insight, would be greatly appreciated!!!

If you have a newer Photoshop send the file over to image ready, it kicks ass at optimizing the file

Judging by the size of the file you probably have detailed images, so the URL below won't help... but it's GREAT for everything else, like buttons.
