Amakings/ webmaster checks BS

Okay, so amakings hasn't sent me a check since february when i first started using them as my affiliate. Yesterday, i sent amakings an email asking they whey i haven't gotten paid for 3 months???

Now send me this BS email saying that the department of defense froze webmasters check and they cant pay me? WTF? this a scam or what?

Anyone KNOW OF ANY REAL affiliate programs that do emo membership sites? I can send your affiliate program about 800 clicks a day as I am dropping their banners as of now
