Pimproll legit ?

I been trying to signup to Pimproll for about a month now... Their automated system hasn't been accepting new applications.

So I send em an email..and they send me a email back asking for my Name, Address, Tax ID , etc..

It seems so old fashioned.. are these guys legit ?

and do you waiting and wasting of your precious time for one single program?
There thousand of aff programs out there ,more better maybe and i wouldn`t waste 1 min with a program if cannot accept my account instantly.

Why do they require this special type of acceptance ?

I see their affiliates for porn.com , so I guess their pretty big...maybe they deal with a lot of scammers. (trying to get signups off of fake trials or something)
