Domain Value Question

I own the PR3 SewersideGirls.com. I've had it almost 4 years. It's had bursts of traffic here and there depending on what I did with it. (It was mainly used as a redirect.)

I was interested in starting a mainstream parody site of SuicideGirls.com , but before I went crazy, I wanted to see if anyone with more experience than me would estimate a dollar value on it. If it's worth it, I'd rather turn it into cash.

When evaluating the "worthiness" of a domain I personally check incoming links, domain name key phrase competition in google/bing/yahoo, if it's not an adult domain then the CPC average bid price, also check for the daily average search volumes for the domain name.

Thanks Denny. It's not for sale. (yet, anyways). It's got some great backlinks from Fleshbot and a few other places and I haven't decided on selling it yet. I was just trying to get an estimate on what it might be worth, in case I ever do. Thanks for the offer though.
