getting DDOS for 2 days now

Hi all,

dont know if this is the right place but im getting beat to death with a DDOS, dont know why someone is giving me shit but he and his shitty botnet are ramming the shit out of me. I installed mod_devasive and modsecurity but still he remains coming, server load doesnt get high just does a lot of traffic and for some reason floods sql after a flush it works again till its raped again..... Hope someone can give me some pointers...ow and btw...help me find this guy and ill give u 200bucks + the movie of what ill do to that motherfucker!

pretty massive he has some nice botnet if i block 50 ip's in my firewall he comes with 50 new ones...using over 100mbit of bw on my server and none of the apache mods are helping....hosting provider doesnt do shit...thinking of moving my servers to a decent provider like choopa i hear they are pretty good and helpfull!
