how do you know if you are being cheated by someone your trading traffic with, i have some that send me hits and all of the hits are for 1 page only and no time on the site, then i have one that averages so many pages looked at that i dont even have that many pages to look at on my site, if someone could help me out with this or let me know most likely whats going on. thanks

I'm knew at this and here but I think you might want to check what kind of bandwidth is getting pulled around. If they are backing up a truck and downloading your content, you should see a spike. -
You can run an advanced traffic trade script on the site. The script will tell you from which the urls the traffic is coming from and how much. The script has special features that can tell you where the fake traffic and hit bot traffic coming from.
Usually, the way to tell whether the traffic is abnormal or not is to look at the productivity.
