We do not want use skim on our galleries nor to allow it seems at surfers however how can we measure our direct toplist trafic trades and their productivites?

Some traffic trade scripts (not all) feature a function to trade with a toplist, instead of skimming gallery traffic.
You can even get a toplist-only script to trade only with a toplist. You can search for those scripts in google.
A good traffic trading script, such as http://gbscript.com/ (recommended by me), features a nice option to trade only with a toplist, too.
