Craigslist and/or Back Page posting tool?

I have a webcam site and hiring models seems to be a full time job posting on Adult Job Sites.
I see other sites posting several posts a day for WEBCAM MODELS FOR HIRE? this is time consuming and I would greatly appreciate some AUTOMATED /outsourcing solutions.. Thanks ALL!!

Troopal is ok but the pro spammers are using CLAD genius. Costs about a grand for a 2 instance license. Never seen either in action but did considerable research recently.
