If you take a look on at my site http://www.femdom-site-reviews.com you will see that there are categories for sites (subniche categories).

I am not sure is it smart to add new categories for price range (for example sites below 20, up to 30, and above) also?

Is this smart move regarding your opinion? ( I don't know will people spend money depending how much they have or will buy sites because they like them and won't ask for a price)

I would say no. In the long run people will usually opt for the mid way to cheaper and that costs you.. In my opinion..

I would put them in and not break them down that way,.

I would say definitely do NOT categorize them by price. You will find that price is NOT the deciding factor in people making a buying decision on adult sites. If a site is $30 and the footage looks awesome people will still join it ahead of the $20 site which looks average - and as Pornguy said, if you categorize it by price they will tend to look at the cheaper end first and you will lose money on your affiliate earnings.
