I recently started the website iphonepornosite[.]com mainly because of the high traffic for iphone porn apps. The question is : Is this part of a Trademark? infringement ? I dont really see how could it be, its a Domain and I own it. Maybe I'm missing the big picture. Its a very small project so any suggestions help.
