I'm new in the industry and I would like to know how the affiliate programs are working, I really don' t know nothing about that. I want to find a way to find members-customers and where people will be able to know me fast! I do all my site by myself, so please be as clear as possible when you explain!!

The affiliate program works like the following:

1. you, the paysite(s) owner, set up an affiliate program,
2. where affiliates (such as me) can sign up to
3. to promote your paysite(s) by sending traffic to them
4. by putting up your paysite(s) banners
5. and/or free hosted galleries (FHG) that you offer and host
6. and/or by making galleries with contents that you offer in .zip files
7. or you let your affiliates choose them inside your members area with a pass

The payout is either revenue sharing (revshare) which is a percentage that you pay your affiliates on the initial sign-up as well as the sign-up's lifetime rebills, or, either pay-per-signup (PPS) which is an amount that you pay your affiliates on the initial sign-up only. The payout is usually around 50% in revshare and around $25-35 in PPS.

Some friendly suggestions:

Under "Photo's" give them a free "tour", some teasing preview pictures that get's visitors horny, to give them idea of what they can expect. Like this, I doubt you'll get many members. It just says on every page "Photo's inside for members". Why would people sign up for your member area, if they have not the least idea what they will get for their money? I wouldn't, at least.

For the "Video's" page, same as above

The "Demand" page returns a 404 page not ound error. Either make something from it, probably similar to above (preview, teaser) or either remove it if you're not planning to do anything with it.

Krisl, love your pics, but not your website. As some of the others have said, I would hire a web designer and get a real nice site setup. The teaser stuff is great because it get's the visitor all hyped up and wanting to see more. Personally, I like the current design, but that has probably everything to do with me being a female myself. And I guess, you mainly want to target the male visitor traffic, so listen to the males around here I guess :p

For the rest, I found your tour, but I had to look hard to find it, I would very much suggest you to look for professional website help and to optimize the website so it's easy to use. I took the effort to find out things, but alot of horny visitors won't if not everything is directly in reach, they will just leave your site and go to the next one.

What I also notice is that your whole website only contains images, no text at all except the footer, how are you going to target any keywords for search engines, if there is no written content on your website? For this, and many other reasons I would suggest you to look for professional help, you can find experienced webmasters around here, there is no need to pay thousands of euros to expensive companies. Just make a thread about it, and I'm sure you'll get a good offer somewhere.

If you are going to use another design, then consider selling the current one to me. I think I would like to tweak it a bit and use it for one of my own websites. Ocourse, I would be removing your picture and replace it by something else. Anyhow, to make the website popular, you've got some work to do. In the state it is right now, I doubt you're gonna get many visitors. No visitors = no members, no members = no money.

You look great, you have the potential to convert very good and make alot of money on the internet, but it needs some work. Looking good is one thing, getting traffic and getting people to join, is another thing.

More importantly, I took a look at your code. Your front page is practically invisible to search engines. You need to bulk up on your meta tags and headings and so forth.

Go to CCbill and signup for their affiliate program. Set it up for 50/50 revshare and whatever else you want. CCbill will give you some code that will let affiliates sign-up under your program. You'll need to place that "Affiliate Sign-up" code on a webpage and provide links to that webpage from your mainpage. After the affiliate signs-up on that webpage CCbill will give them a linking code that the affiliate can use to promote your website.

Have some banners and/or galleries created and put them on an affiliate tools webpage so your affiliates can use them to promote your site.

Kris, you are making the mistake that so many new girls before you have made and that is in branding. You are your brand and you need to clearly establish who YOU are before ever moving forward. Sexy Kris L is currently how you are trying to brand yourself but what you need to do is more define that. Kris Love? Kris what? What is your last name? Come up with a fake one if need be but still come up with one. Make it short, and easy to spell.

Now before you settle on it, go to www.IAFD.com and see if you can find another girl that has already used that name or something similar. You don't want to for example pick Kris Kay and then find out there is a Krissy Kay. Or you pick Kris Lane and find out later there was a Krista Lane. It's to confusing for the fans and it makes it MUCH harder to build your brand if you pick a confusingly similar name.

Okay so now that you have the name you are going to build your brand around go to www.GoDaddy.com and get your .com. YourName.com - If yourName.com is taking, then go pick another name.

Really, the .com is that important.

Now once you have a name that is easy to spell, that nobody else has one like that and you own the dot com for it, go to www.Twitter.com and setup your twitter account. Even if you don't use it now, you can later on.

Next start using that name. Become that name. Be that name.

Everything you do or say should revolve around that name.
Every post you make on these boards should have a link to YourName.com

And from there I am sure by now I have bored everyone to death so i'll shut up for now but that advice, if you take it will help you BIG time in the future.

Hey Kris, I would really listen to the guys on here who are telling you to redesign the site. The current one will NOT sell lots of memberships for you . . plain and simple.
It's clearly been done by an amateur (apologies if it was you but it's true). The entire pages are pictures which means your SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) will be awful as there are no actual words on the pages (just words contained within pictures which means Google can't recognise them).
You need to make it clear what the members will get inside. I don't want to be too blunt here but do you just strip off or do you do girl/girl, boy/girl, fetish, etc . . i.e. tell them what to expect. Also a "free tour" which consists of 9 pictures (none of which you can even click on and enlarge) is crazy. You need plenty of teaser content so the surfer can see what sort of stuff they will get inside. Don't show them the good bits but show them enough to get their cock in one hand and the credit card in the other. And these days some video trailers are a MUST.
You look fantastic so if your site doesn't work it will be down to the site design, content, etc . . not the way you look. If you ever come to England and want to do some modelling you can hit me up any time!
Anyway . . in answer to your first question, I would go with the CCBill affiliate program as you are already using them. If you log into your CCBill control panel you can use their Live Chat to get all the help you need in setting it up.
