Cool site. My only issue is I found the glowy fuchsia color in the text a bit difficult to read. Otherwise I love it.

Yes idd the glowing fucia does not read well.

what you could do to fix this is :

In photoshop for the words in fucia remove the glow, maybe change the font and use a 1 to 3px "stroke".

Hi Zaphieon, I still stand by what I said on the other thread you posted about your site - lose the gallery viewers on the home page. It took over 30 seconds for your page to load on my screen - I may wait for that because I was interested in what you had done with the site, but a horny surfer won't wait 30 seconds . . he will be off elsewhere. But, it's your decision

What I did want to mention to you though was your pricing structure. It's odd how often the price options get overlooked when people create a paysite - and yet it is one of the key things to get right. For example, you are currently offering:-
- $9.95 7 day trial, recurring at $19.95 every 30 days
- $49.99 for 90 days non-recurring
- $89.99 for 180 days non-recurring
I was confused about two points really:-
1. Why would you offer a trial that was quite expensive (for a trial) and quite a long period of time (for a trial). I would guess that if the trial then renews at $19.95 then you probably aren't restricting your content on this "trial" membership and they basically get access to everything for seven days for $9.95 - am I right? If so, then you are defeating the object of a trial - which is, to lure people in at a low price and show them what your site is all about (but without giving them the good stuff). What you should do is offer a $3.95 for 3 days trial (or a $1 for one day trial) with the trial members only getting access to certain scenes (then if they want access to the other content in your site they have to "upgrade" so they end up paying the normal 30 days rate). As it is, with a seven day trial membership it easily gives me long enough to download your entire site for $9.95 and then cancel my membership.
2. Why would you not offer a standard 30 day recurring membership? With your current set-up you need to go through the trial first before you can end up on this membership. Why do that when regular paysite customers are already conditioned to the 30-day recurring membership idea? If it was me I would do this with your payment options:-
- $3.95 for 3 days trial membership
- $19.95 for 30 days recurring (default)
- $49.99 for 90 days non-recurring
- $89.99 for 180 days non-recurring
But hey, the thing about opening up your first paysite is to try different things and monitor the results. Try it your way for the first month and see what the results are. Then maybe change it to my way for the second month and whichever produces the best results is what you go with from month three onwards. Good luck

40% for affiliates is a bit on the low side, most sites I know of have a 50% commission. I can see how a paysite owner after paying 50% to an affiliate and then CCBill charges and shit gets next to nothing left for him, but that is why they upsell to their members with DVDs, viagra, panties or whatever people get off to nowdays.

I am considering removing the flash image loader as well.. replacing with a same look yet not clickable thumbs.. been a bit busy working with all the girls and getting this thing put together on both sides.

That's understandable - there's a heck of a lot to do when you're opening a paysite -especially if it's your first one. You're doing fine so far from what I can see, just a few tweaks needed And well done for listening about the flash loaders. Clickable thumbs are a much better idea as the page will load much faster, which is always important to grab their attention early on. Good luck!

ok changed out the image loader with just a still of what the loader was showing to increase the load time.

yeah bud sorry been getting a few attacks here and there from certain countries.. where you located? I might can lift the block for that country.. also have certain proxy servers blocked that are used for hacking.
