Form Fill Tool

You sometimes you got to go around and fill in the same information about 20 times to certain sites, I am sure some of us have been there before.

I used to have a great little tool where I could put what I wanted to say, such as My name, email, description etc in fields and then have a button to press for each field. Unfortunately I cant remember where I put that tool grrr or what it was called

Does anyone have any recommendations on a tool that I could use like this?
