Well - that's mostly true - for the last year, I've had more applications than we can use. This is nice because it drives the cost of talent down and lets me be more selective. When I started, I paid my girls a referral fee to get their GF's to do porn - worked with mixed success. Hell - I took the girl in my avatar to the abortion clinic and she picked up a girl there that we used a few times on the site - so anywhere can work.

Nowadays, pretty much anyone interested in doing porn in this town can find me so I don't have to spend as much time at the abortion clinic

Try taking advantage of social networks.. Forums is a great start!! You can even try facebook or places similar!! Even craigslist is a great starting point to seek out new talent.

How do you guys find new hott talent?

Craigslist, referrals from other models, girls that contact the site who want to be a model, strip clubs, parties, singles bars, through other friends.

I try and avoid talent agencies or middlemen. I like to directly have an agreement with the actress and actor.

Just make sure your paperwork, 2257 recording and contracts are all air tight!
