affiliate Program help ccbill/epoch

I am trying to set up our new affiliate program ( I am not a programmer ) We will be using epoch and ccbill, and I dont know where to start . I guess the main question is how do I set up the cookie ID that catches their ID's and puts them into the link codes in all the tools below.
Feel free to get into detail, my email is [email protected] if anyone can offer the help.
I noticed one or 2 scripts online that automate this.. however I want to try and do this my self I dont think I need a script and really cant afford one right now anyway.

Epoch and CCBill have all that built into their systems/linkage... first they setup on your server and do some configuration, then you setup aff prog in admin areas for their system.

CCBill has built-in tracking.
Epoch uses MPA but NATS is also popular.
