a script that wll rotate/display thumbs

Is there a script that would rotate 5 thumbs on my main page every time a users visits my site. Just a simple random/rotating/displaying script!

i am asking different thing than this if possible

i upload all my 88*88 thumbs to my server there is around 50
on the site i have 8 thumbs and i want this script
change randomly 8 thumbs and link given to them
complet random thing for send the visitors
But the problem is in this 50 thumbs always 2 are same sometimes 1 .. if i upload 500 thumbs i even risk to have 2 same thumb in my main page ..so this random thing stuck

So what should i have to use ?

Hmm sounds like it could be easily modified. do you want a script that scoures the actual directory of images...or are you keeping some sort of data file? oh no...two brown-outs in a minute...it is windy in los angeles...and did I lose my connection....

There are few techniques - one - server-based, and if you run on IIS, then I can help you with asp.

The other technique is java-script, server-independent. Randomly select a thumb, then keep this info in the array and exclude it from appearing again. Therefore, no matter how many thumbs you have you will never get a duplicate.
