Question for all you who are real good with sitemaps...

I have a main stream site that is built on flash. How can I create a Google friendly site map?. I have tried various paid for and free tools to no avail. I have a cgal.xml file but I have no idea how I can use that file for a site map. I cant get Coffee Cup or anything else to find and index xml file.

When I try to create a site map from the index page,(http://www.mysite.com/) Coffee Cup only gives me a blank page for a site map. Not good.

HELP!.... Please.... Pretty Please....

Flash and google dont do so well together.. Might want to check the top 10 sites in the niche you are in and see how they are built.

They are mostly HTML sites. I guess I am going to bring back the HTML version of the site. If thats what it takes for Google, then I have no choice.
