I use it on two sites...I set them up rather quickly and my categories are a little fkd up, but works great. Pretty awesome script overall.

Well I suppose a good place to start is, what are you using for stats? Is Google Analytics a dumb idea?

For stats I use awstats. http://awstats.sourceforge.net/

Thanks, I have heard good things about AWStats as well. I will take a look. I have some questions on importing XML and embedding videos. For example (embeds), I found some sponsors with some great embeddable clips. However in the NubileTubeScript admin I need to have either a link to a thumb or upload one. Do I need to create a new thumb for every embed I post? I assume I am missing something pretty obvious
