I am wiped out !

My Host ( in New Jersey who for now will remain namelss) has allowed some hacker to wipe out completely our site today. All day I am trying to reach these guys and they are in hiding and apparently they have no back ups of the site....Guess what, I am looking for a new and reliable hosting service...after 4 years with these guys. They had Hackersafe compliance problems before and were very slow to react.

1) Money is not important, quality and service is.

2) need 24/7 human service

3) weekly and separate back ups

4) We are an R rated movie site

5) Will need references or a client list

or

6) some positive feed back from the members here.

My whole issue was about having at least weekly back up of my site to avoid the problem I am in now. Maybe you can enlighten me?

What I meant to say that after 5 years Techie was always there if anything went wrong "fast and furious" whereas in the 5 years before I went thru about 8 ISPs all either vulnerable, unreliable or going out of business without notice. I am sure there are many good ones
