how do you guys usually deal with bitches that steal your sites? there's this punk that copied a couple of my doorway pages and there's one known and 'respectable' webmaster who ripped the whole text from one of my sites.

i know those things can't be avoided cause there's always gonna be thieves that have no class but sometimes you gotta fuck back just for the principle

Report them (with proof) to thier ISP. Anyone who steals Doorway pages is a tool anyway.

Place a copyright on your website (if you don't already have one). Write a legit and legal-looking letter to him, and failure to remove the material from his website will result in a legal case being brough to court.
