    Does anybody know how to make those nice IM ads that pops up just above your system tray?

      No, but most sponsors offer them in all kinds of niches like Fling no.1 dating sponsor for me

          Fling & ULust have configurable IM style overlays which I've used, IM style ads convert SOOO well too.
