What kind of hosting, and where, specifically, are you looking to host.

I've got servers in a fair number of places, but all Colo.

GlobalStreaming.de in Frankfurt, and SublimeIP based out out Australia have both treated me very fair and given good support over the years.

I haven't used any out-of-the-US Dedicated hosting though, so no info there

I'm assuming by "offshore" you mean outside the US.

Remember 1 thing. Then when you host " Off Shore " Meaning OUTSIDE of your OWN COUNTRY, you may now have 2 sets of laws to deal with.

And for anyone that has not already realized " Off Shore " does NOT MEAN on an ISLAND!
