    Flashing 2257

Quick question on content of women flashing tits, ass and an occasional pussy....

I was told by a video shooter that as long as it is in a nightclub and not sexual acts including touching genitals.

Can someone sell those photos without releases? I know there are a few sites out there that have content like this, do they get sued a lot?

Anyone have a flashing/girls gone wild type site?

It's my understanding that you can so long as you're in a public place. That's how the paparazzi get away with selling pics of celebrities (like those Britney Spears pussy pics, etc.).

This can only bring trouble in my opinion, and not worth the risk. Just use the thousands of photos that sponors will give you for free to promote. I am not sure how the paparazzi get away with it here, but in the UK it is legal to profit from a photo even if it is not licensed.

Its risky to say the least. Google Joe Francis and lawsuit and you will see how often it happens. And shooting it in a club is not the same as shooting on the street. There is a reasonable expectation of privacy in a club. In order to shoot in an enclosed space that is open to the public, you will still need to post signs warning anyone entering they agree to being filmed and photographed for your website.

And you have to be careful in regards to the age of the models. A girl with a fake ID can get into a club and flash her genitals and you wouldnt know it. Perhaps she is banging the bouncer and doesnt even have fake ID.

If you do start a site like that expect to have legal issues and you really should have a lawyer on retainer to be able to fully protect you. Make sure the lawyer clears all of your content while you are still learning what is okay and what is crossing the line.

Getting 2257 docs, IDs and a signed model release really is the best option. Then you will have little or no issues.
