We define a "record" as one instance of a performer appearing in a visual depiction. For example, suppose you have one visual depiction involving two performers. That would be a total of two records. Each record would include a digital scan of the performer's ID and a copy of the depiction. You can also upload other associated documentation, such as model releases and/or affidavits.

As for fees, there is a one-time registration fee. After that, each record is only $1, regardless of the number of documents included in the record. Again, this is a flat fee. There is no recurring billing -- just file and forget.

I would get a better lawyer and perhaps one that would be interested in turning the tables and sue the police department on false grounds or something.

Since your sitting around not doing anything perhaps work on your own defense with all the resources possible from the internet and others in this industry....especially since it seems you want to continue in this industry.

I worry about this stuff too but I am not making my own content...just websites with links to programs. Unfortunatley if someone wants to push the issue they can make your life hell. When I spoke to a lawyer at exxxotica show in NJ he basically said anything other then text links you can get in touble.
