I've semi-developed a site called archivevault <http://www.archivevault.com> It's a site where people register their inventions, designs, records and other intellectual data that requires proof of authenticity and date of concept.
Backed by scientific certainty, ArchiveVault provides tamper-proof evidence of what you conceived, when you reduced it to tangible form such as text, audio, video, design, photo or programming, when you registered it and its various stages of development.
File Fingerprinting determines the coded makeup of a file and generates a string of letters and numbers which identifies, to a mathematical certainty, the binary composition of the file at a certain point in time. No 2 files can be alike.
I'm not a programmer but I think the site was done in PHP. I'm looking for a PHP pro who can see the obvious demand for the registration of intellectual property and would like to work with me to complete the site and get it online and working smoothly. I'm a marketing person and am sure there's a big market for it.
