i have these fucking 900 kb jpegs that i want to reduce the size of them so they load faster, any ideas? is there something in photoshop 7.0 that can do it for me?

Image specialists Vimas http://www.vimas.com/ have a great application that compresses your JPEG with a draggable window to target the compression. So for example a face can set the standard for automatic compression preserving the details or just as a starting point. Moreover they have a free trial.
