I would recommend you setup a free porn site (tpg or something) and have a small "mini poll" on it asking people for their e-mail and asking them to tick one of the following:

I never pay for adult content
I pay for adult sites if its good
I always pay for adult sites to get the best content

Also, offer them people something for free, like a few porn movies or something that you automaticaly send to their e-mail upon entering their poll vote... Then, have a disclaimer on the poll stating that by entering their e-mail address they understand and consent to receiving promotional material from you.

Once you have many e-mails e-mail the people who said they would pay for the sites...

Came up with the idea myself and its been working magic for me ever since I started using it.
