Looking For Advice

I just started in the adult webmaster business in April 2008. I have learned tons about what makes a quality website. I am actually embarrased when I think about what the site first looked like, even though at the time I thought it was a good site, and couldn't figure out why nobody wanted to trade with me.
But anyway if my fellow webmasters could check it out and give me some feedback that would be cool.

For one, your header graphic is way too wide at 1290 pixels.

What would be an ideal header size? I am working on a 19in wide screen so I tended to fill my screen. The entire site was that wide at one the begining, but it didn't work for obvious reasons, that was one of the things I changed.

Your thumbs are way too large in size. (Size, not dimension)
Your links are not underlined.
You have some Alexa crap going on at the bottom of the page that proves your site is dead last.
There is no 2257.
The hard pink and blue hurt the eyes...be more subtle in your color scheme. You don't want to wake the surfer up you want them to buy something.
When I looked, your top 3 thumbs feature girls in pigtails you my dear Mr Valkyrie8 are the ponytail king! Your site is called "partygirlsnponytails" Know what a ponytail is and feature that and that only in the top 3 spot, after all that's what they came for.
Under the top three spots add some text describing the ponytail girls of the day/week ect.
Use the word "ponytail" in your descriptions.
That's all I am going to say.

Header width

Depending on who you ask the optimum width for a header is between 600 to 900 pixels.
I use 900...but 700 and 800 are common as well.

I'm new, so I don't have much info...but I have run into this issue myself.

Got with a 900 wide, thats about the standard. Lose the pink it hurts the eyes, or at least cut back on it.

Learn to optamize images in Photo shop better. dont let some other pgoram do it on the fly. If I dumped about 500k uniques on that page right now the band width would cost you.

Make sure the images show what you are selling. It does not HAVE to match the domain, but since in this case it would help, match it.

Also the table borders are not a good idea.

I do use Photoshop, but I also save the photos at the highest quality level, which increases the file size.

Go with 900 on the width, and then center the page.

As pornguy said, your images are waaaaay bloated. Using Photoshop, use the "save for web" option and shoot for medium quality or less. See what the images look like and then see what you can live with.

Kill the table borders, they make everything look way too boxy.

Load time and such

If you haven't gotten with Pornguy on ICQ, I would definitely recommend it. He spent some time discussing my site, and he's been straight forward about suggestions and such. He doesn't force his views on you, but be prepared for some honest criticism...and he always has alternatives for you to consider. Basically I have better understanding of where I need to go now.

besides all the feedback above it needs a bit more of a design identity. The font for that main header is horrid.... do something a little nicer and that fits the content. Looks at other similar sites for ideas...
