Hello : i´m pasting here because i´m really angry with a thing that is happening me with epassporte.
Well, since many months Epassporte it is charging me several times $35 . There are no concepts in my account for that charges, but i was assuming that was for a fee of the electron card renewal ( "EXPIRED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO " ) .......... by the way , ... i never requested that renewal .
I made complaints, i sent messages , and they answered telling me that is a system problem .
Well, NOW , there is a concept for that charge, i was right , ... was a fee for the electron card that i never requested. THIS is extremelly unfair.
So, these are my questions ( i hope somebody here can help me on this ) :
_ " WHEN EPASSPORTE WILL REIMBURSE ME ALL THE $35´s THAT CHARGED ME DUE TO THAT SYSTEM PROBLEM " ?
_ Epassporte will still taking me more $35´s from my account ? or they don´t have more excuses to do that that ????
_ And ,....... somebody of epassporte will answer me some day ??
