Are you SURE they aren't indexed or do they just not have PR based on the PR toolbar? Those are two very different things. Go to Google and search site:YourDomain.com. You'll see those pages indexed I bet.

I am 100% sure. The whole thing is a mistery to me..
xml-sitemaps [dot] com can help. Or if you know other ways to create a site map and submit it to Webmaster Tools in Google. - Addtionally, make sure that your page titles are unique. If your page titles or page descriptions are identical, google won't keep those. Maybe you know this.
I have a site with a few thousand pages and google knows about all the pages but they only show a couple hundred in the index

If the links on your index page to your internal pages are images, then it has difficulty follow those...best to include something like this at the bottom of the page:
Home | Page 1 | Page 2 | Page 3 | Sitemap
Make a (.xml) sitemap (for free here: www.xml-sitemaps.com) and submit it to Google Webmaster Tools...That is a surefire way to advise Google about the existence of those pages.
They may be "indexed" though they don't have a "page rank"...Furthermore, you may have to wait until another "update" for page rank to show.
