Are Paysites/Affiliate Programs Profitable?

Lets say a webmaster has an empire of 1,000,000 visitors daily to his MGPS/TGPS. He started to think: he has a connection to investors, he has been lined up with unseen girls at a industry standard cost, and has been given an outline to a well designed paysite, a camera set, etc.

Lets just say he has the possible hookups.

Do you think somebody should give up doing what is working.. making 5-10 grand a month in tgps/mgps and go for using their own content, own models, and using that to boost the tgps productivity and using the tgps/mgps to boost the name of the new paysite/affiliate program

What do you believe are the ups and downs of taking that next step? Also take into account, it's mainly the investors money.

Also how much do you think the average good affiliate program/paysites (juggcash/their mgps and tgps) make in a month? That's a fairly new one.

I would not give up what ur doing at once, but i would in your place start a slow transition to test how the whole process go and how profitable it turns out to be.

Couldn't agree more. Start slow with just a good paysite that you promote on your MPG/TGP empire. Keep promoting your other affiliates and promote your own paysite at the same time. Use the time to fine tune your paysite and/or make more paysites.

Why would you give it up at all?? It would take a little longer to launch the paysite and a lot more effort on your part, but if you are making that sort of money then you can hire someone to help out.

It depends how much you feel like working. Running TGP sites is a completely different ball game then producing, as well as running membership sites and affiliate programs is a lot different then running free sites. There are just as many things to learn as a producer as there are for a webmaster. Do you think you have the interest in managing people (remember pornstars are often fucking crazy), scheduling, booking, lighting, editing, shooting, dealing with cum and pussy juice (not the fun kind), etc.... If you can say yes to all of those and be ready for a shitload of unforseens, then go for it.
