    My current newb stats. Not converting...

    So ive spent a little time on this site, and building 2 blogs. One is doing ok, it is mainly a TEEN blog, (80% google images) but i have the most commen niches on there. I have to throw all my work into the trash do to a trademark issue.
    The other is a WEBCAMS site and is idle because i dont know how to get traffic without my trusty google images.
    I dont have much traffic so these stats are over months.

    Here are my current ratios.

    Perfectgonzo 1:364:2907 (2907 must just be the gallery page)
    Juggcash 0:1606
    aweempire(livejasmin) 1:996
    Fuckyoucash 0:900
    Slickcash 0:768
    Nubiles 1:723
    Sapphiccash 0:279
    Hidefriches 0:120
    cams.com 0:19


    sigh...

    also, 500 uniques a day, and 64.2% of my hits leave within 5 seconds. huge problem, although this is my first site. This may be normal?

      Waramp those ratios aren't too considering the state of the world economy right now.

      Google images traffic is notoriously bad for converting into sales. It can be done but you arent going to get very good ratios.

          And like he said your stats are Not that bad. You just need to up your traffic. Let Ben walk you though a few ideas.

              If your traffic leaves within 5 seconds there is a problem there, I think that because they come from Google images it maybe that they get to see the image they wanted to see and go.

              I would focus on trying to keep the surfer interested for longer on your site, the longer he stays the more interest he will have on the content, and an increased possibility of converting.

                  Those ratios aren't bad at all... I'm at 1:2105 on about 15,000 uniques for November, probably my worst month ever so far (for traffic numbers and conversions). Hopefully it picks up though, sales tend to come and go in streaks I find.

                      For the blog with the decent ammount of google images traffic, install this plugin on your blog.

                      http://www.semiologic.com/software/w.../frame-buster/

                      It will pop the frame google images loads and put them directly on your site. HOPEFULLY you have relevant niched images on the page.

                      This has increased my conversions on image traffic probably by double. (allthough double of 0 is still 0 .lol )

                          you are "sighing" but really those ratios are not bad at all, keep that up but just get more traffic and shift sponsors around sticking with the ones that are working out best for you
