    VEROTEL processing dead this weekend???

    Hi to all off you,

    since yesterday (saturday) the Verotel sign-up server seems to have big problems, almost no new sign-ups for our sites since then...

    In the moment they seem to be dead at all - DNS error in Internet Explorer - no signup pages, no control center... Only ticketsclub seems to work ...

    Anyone else experiencing this kind of problems??

    Don't they have a 24h data center surveyance on weekends???

    Any reply of PRO webmasters appreciated, please check your sales stats over the weekend if possible :-))

    As Affiliate webmaster, I had two sales from them last night (night between saturday and sunday). What was strange that one sale notifcation came from [email protected] and not their old email address.

        Verotel seems dead today November 16th. Emails stop coming in, new signups ar automaticallly refunded. We know its not a script error.
        Looks like part of their systems are down. (I am a Pro customer)

        Last week, Verotel didnt update any of the resellre stats.

        Its like these guys have absolutely no idea when their systems are messed up, and its up to the customers to tell them.

          I got in touch with merchant support this morning. Apparently the Verotel server suffered a power out some time this weekend. That screwed it all up.. I had a few new members that got their money back. Guess shit happens..

            damn no wonder it was slow all weekend for me. I did finally get a sign up today though. So maybe there back up and running.
