    Lets talk Page Rank...

So pagerank is the way google rates sites. Each site has a pagerank, and that determines who gets the hits, when someone searches for X.
I have a blog, and it used to be PR3, and now is PR2. Reason being is i have added alot of links trades. (trades, blog directories, link trades)

What affects the pagerank more, incoming links(the PR of sites linked to mine), or outgoing(the PR of the sites i am linking to)?

In my footer, i keep all my links to the blog directories and link dumps. Should i go through them, and check each sites PR, and then delete anything below PR2?
(The majority of these link directories dont send any hits. The number is so small, i would rather get another 100 from google a day and delete all the links.)

How do i get my site back to PR3?

Don't waste your time worrying about google page rank. It's irrelevent.

I agree. I got serveral PR 3 sites. It isn't relevant. Just work on your site and let google worry about the rest. But it really doesn't matter, what's matter is if your site is profitable. I got a PR 1 site that is 3x more profitable than these PR3 site.

Ok well throw that out the window!...

So, to get more traffic i need to:

Post Frequently (1 post a day enough?)

Include Lots of key words. 6 lines per post. 2 keyword Tags.

Use Title and Alt tags on my pictures. Varying relevant key words. Not overusing phrases.

Have my posts, point to a wordpress PAGE with the 15 or so gallery pictures on it. These pictures are then linked to the full size pics on the affiliates site. Im doing this for traffic only,(from google images) not signups. I changed 6 previous posts to this format 2 weeks ago. No one has visited the pages yet.

Looking for a solid plan, then il do about a month of posts like this and hopefully i can get my uniques up to 1k a day.

The best thing is to keep updating on a regular basis and keep on building the content of your website. Only post outgoing links that are relevant and really have value to your website. I use Google analytics to check what toplists send me enough traffic to keep them on my site. I try to protect the quality of link trades by not using Linkex for my main site and only go for solid links. Anyway my PR went up, but I have to agree with Studd: PR is irrelevant.

You might want to try this service Adult Gadget Spots . I signed up for the free service and my sites that I set up the ads for got pr ratings within a couple of weeks.

I have to disagree with this. More like

Outgoing Links = Not so good,

Incoming Links = Gold. ( Providing the incoming link is not from a site that gets banned )

The right outgoing links can actually help you rank better.

With SEO everyone has a different story. The best thing to do is trail and error.
