Worth It? adding .CA .NET to my existing .COM blog...

Ive got a .Com blog. Its nothing great, but im always planning ahead.
Should i snatch up the .CA and .NET domains, and then redirect them with godaddy?
How many type ins would these two domains get by mistake? Im thinking 1-5% of my total type ins...

    Thanks!

Hmmm, with other TLDs, the issue really arises if one were to monetize off incorrect type ins that were meant for your domain...Case in point: In the UK, PizzaHut is trying to market itself as a place for pasta as well, ergo PastaHut. So, they bought PastaHut.com ages ago, but didn't buy the gamut, aka. .net, .info. etc. Well, other bought those, and threw up parked pages...So, now, people are making cash off PastaHut's branding.

I mean, it can't hurt. Try it for a year, and if you think it pays for the renewal fees, there ya go!!!

dot yourcountry tld ( .ca , .uk, .fr ) is good in respect to search engines for people searching more locally.
It can also be used for valuable directory in your market place ( some only accept local tld ).

For the little $$$ , worth it . But do not redirect ( lose the se value ) .
I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....
