FHG builder

Hello,
I'm making a new affiliate site and I'd like to create a bunch of FHG pages for my videos. Basically, I want to give my affiliates a FHG page that will plug in their ID when they log in. Is there a particular program or method that anyone has found useful for building these types of galleries?

Do you need the designs for the galleries done ?? or just a program like nats to organize the galls and promo tools ??
