I'd go with the All-In-One-SEO WP Plug-in for your SEO plug-in.

Not sure about any free gallery ones though, but will check back to see if anyone else does.

I like Search Meter... it lets you see what your users search for the most.

dunno his site, but it is one of the most needed plugins ;)

instead of wordpress being a resoursce hog, super cache makes wp a resource hog once every 15 minutes.
