Banner rotation software

Hi guys and girls ;

I am looking for a smart banner rotation software, it should be able to smartly rotate banners on many different sites from 1 central server. With smart I mean automatically display higher clickthrough banners more etc...

I have heard there is a software that also can be used to calculate which banners are converting better then others ... but I cannot find it anywhere..

Anyone ?
