Need hosting with mod_gzip and mod_rewrite support

Need help with choosing a hosting company
I'm not closely familiar (yet) with all those differences between shared, virtual, dedicated hosting etc.
What I need is ability to use mod_rewrite and mod_gzip and access to apache configuration files.
I heard that mod_rewrite is very useful for search engine optimization and when I installed mod_gzip on my home computer and it compressed a 350 Kb .html file to 20 Kb......
......well, I just decided to use it
So I just want to ask if there is a reliable and not too expensive (something around $10-$20/month) hosting plan with these features?
